Shipping policy

Elevation Athletics proudly ships worldwide. Orders placed Monday - Friday ship the following business day. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped out the following week. During sales and holidays allow 2-4 business days for processing and shipment. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Tracking information is made available by the courier will automatically be sent when generated. If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable amount of time after your order has been placed, please check your spam folder. Residential delivery is subject to customer address. We offer flat rate shipping on all orders under $299. All orders over $299 receive free shipping and the total cost of shipping is absorbed by Elevation Athletics LTD.

PRE-SALE and PRE-ORDER

All items marked "Pre-Sale" or "Pre-Order" are fulfilled and shipped as soon as the inventory becomes available to us. By purchasing these items you agree to this condition and are not eligible for a Return/Exchange/Refund until the products have been received by you (the customer).

Please note* if you have purchased non-Pre-Sale items with your Pre-Sale order, all products will ship with your Pre-Sale items.

Canada

All shipments are automatically shipped with the courier who has provided the best quotation based on the customer's order. Orders that submitted PO boxes as a delivery address will be forfeit until a residential or commercial address is provided. Shipments within Canada are estimated to take 1-4 business days in transit. Complications with delivery are rare, but if they occur please contact support@elevationathleticscanada.ca and we will do our best to help you find a resolution. Elevation Athletics is not responsible however for shipping delays, delays caused by the post office, or lost packages due to address errors.

International

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to Elevation Athletics and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding all shipping costs.
